Our Salon Policy

Please read our policy carefully as we reserve the right to change the provision of this policy at anytime without notice. 

New Client Policy

We ask that new clients complete all necessary paperwork prior to their appointment (will be sent via email) or arrive 15 minutes before their service to fill out paperwork and get settled. If you do not arrive 15 minutes before your service, the time it takes to fill out paperwork will be deducted from your total service time. Please keep in mind our hair stylists and lash specialists may have other appointments after yours. We will always do our best to accommodate you.

Late Policy

If you are less than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to provide you full service within the time allotted for your appointment. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you (if we have a small gap between clients) but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.

Deposit Policy

A 50% service deposit is required for the services listed below. This deposit will be used towards your service. However, in the event of a last minute cancellation or no-show, you will not be refunded the deposit and cannot use the deposit for future service appointments.

Eyelash Extension Policy

Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash session. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise we will charge a $10 makeup removal fee and the time spent thoroughly removing your makeup will be deducted from your session and you will still pay the full price. We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection. 

We ask that you do not wear eye contact lens during your session. Please be sure to bring a contact case and remove your contact lens prior to the start of your session. 

Our lash specialists are using tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area. If you are receiving a lash session, we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete. This takes time away from your service, it could cause eye irritation during and/or after your session, and worse case we could potentially poke you with our tweezers.

Please avoid drinking caffeine prior to your appointment. 

*There is a $25 fill upgrade. For instance, if you previously received a classic full set and wanted to upgrade to a volume fill, there is a $25 upgrade charge.

Please note that there is a $5 credit/debit card processing fee on all lash services. 

Privacy Policy

Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.

Right to Refuse Service Policy

Our salon staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

Booking Policy

A credit card must be on file to hold all appointments, however, you may pay as you please upon arrival. For eyelash extensions, we strongly suggest pre-booking any fills after your service before leaving the salon. This is to ensure you are able to get an appointment at the time and date needed so that you avoid any additional fees for retention loss/grown out lashes.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients. 

Please keep in mind that last minute cancellations/no shows leave our professionals with empty appointment times. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

We reserve the right to charge a 50% service fee to the credit card on file. In the event we do not have your credit card on file, we reserve the right to charge you before proceeding with any future appointments. Absolutely no refunds.

 

More than 24 hours notice:

  • Service will be cancelled at no charge

 

Less than 24 hours notice/No Show:

  • 50% service cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file.

Age Policy

Clients must be at least 16 years or older to receive services. Minors under 18 are required to have a parent present the day of the service appointment. We will also need a parent or guardian to complete consent forms.

Return Policy

No refund on services and products. Any unused, unopened products will be eligible for return and only for store credit with a receipt within 10 days of purchase. Products may be exchanged for store credit if products are defective.

Head Lice Policy

It is against our policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.
