COVID-19 Response Update

We are unable to take walk-ins at this time. Please call or text us at (651) 633-3731 to make an appointment.
To provide the best possible experience, we have set forth the below guidelines (in addition to those set by local and federal law) that will ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. Please carefully review.

SAFETY IMPLEMENTATIONS & PREPARATION FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • Safety protocol for staff and guests which includes temperature checks lower than 100.4 F.

  • At the time of check-in, we ask that you use hand sanitizer to complete and sign our short COVID-19 questionnaire (starting October 1)

  • We kindly ask that you wait outside the salon or in your vehicle after checking in. Your service provider will come get you when they are ready to see you. 

  • Our staff will be wearing face masks to keep you safe. We require that you also wear a face mask (attached at the ears for hair services) to protect us so we can better serve you. In the event that you forget to bring your face mask, we sell disposable masks for $2 and reusable handmade masks for $4. Disposable face masks are best for hair color appointments.

  • We ask that you bring only the basic necessities to your appointment.

  • To reduce the number of persons in the salon, please do not bring family members or friends to your appointment (elderly, handicapped and one parent of a child receiving a service are exceptions).

  • There will be no magazines or candy provided. We ask that you do not bring in any food.

  • During your visit we will adhere to social distancing.

  • We will continue to practice our safety and sanitation practices. Making sure we are disinfecting stations, shampoo bowls, and tools in between each guest. We will be wiping down the areas that are more frequently used more often through out the day.

  • We ask that you ask your service provider to grab your products and ask that you do not touch display items.

  • We cannot stress this enough. If you do not feel well or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive with COVID-19, we kindly ask that you contact us right away to cancel or reschedule your appointment. It is extremely important to us that we minimize the spread of any kind of illness. ​

 

If you develop symptoms of COVID-19 within 2 weeks of being at the salon, regardless of the suspected source, please contact us immediately so that we can assess exposure risk and contact the Minnesota Department of Health.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel could possibly be sick/is sick or has been traveling. 

 

*COVID-19 has required that we adhere to CDC & MDH guidelines.
